Every new product sold by Ennoki is covered by the warranty offered by its manufacturer. Ennoki does not issue its own separate warranty; instead, we pass the manufacturer's coverage through to you and help you use it. This page explains what that means in practice and how to make a claim.

1. Typical Coverage by Category

Warranty length and terms are set by each manufacturer and stated in the documentation supplied with your product. The table below shows what is common in each category. Always check your own paperwork, which takes precedence.

Product Category Typical Manufacturer Coverage
Riding & zero-turn mowers 2–4 years limited; engine covered separately by the engine maker (Briggs & Stratton, Kawasaki, Kohler)
Push mowers & handheld outdoor power 1–3 years limited, residential use only
Generators 2–3 years limited for residential use; shorter for commercial or rental use
Tire changers, balancers & shop machinery 1–2 years on parts, 90 days–1 year on labour
Golf carts & utility vehicles 1–2 years on the vehicle; batteries covered separately, often pro-rated
E-bikes 1–2 years on frame and drive components; battery typically 1 year or a stated cycle count
Gazebos, pergolas, carports & sheds 1–10 years structural, depending on material; fabric and hardware shorter
BBQ grills & outdoor kitchens 1 year overall; burners and cooking grates often longer
Replacement parts & accessories 90 days–1 year

2. What Is Normally Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
  • Components that fail prematurely without misuse or accident
  • Structural failure of frames and panels within the stated period

3. What Is Normally Not Covered

  • Wear parts—blades, belts, filters, spark plugs, brake pads, tyres, cables, bulbs, cooking grates and fabric canopies
  • Batteries beyond their own stated period, and capacity loss from normal cycling
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, accident, dropping, overloading or racing
  • Damage from improper assembly or from failing to follow the manual's instructions
  • Damage from lack of maintenance—old fuel, no oil changes, corrosion from unprotected outdoor storage
  • Storm, flood, hail, wind and fire damage, and damage from freezing
  • Commercial or rental use of a product rated for residential use, which usually voids coverage entirely
  • Modified products, or products fitted with non-approved parts
  • Rust, fading, chalking and other cosmetic changes that do not affect function
  • Labour, service calls, transport and lost time, unless the manufacturer states otherwise

4. Registration

Several manufacturers require you to register your product—often within 30 days of delivery—before warranty coverage becomes effective. Registration cards or links are supplied with the product.

We strongly recommend registering as soon as you receive your item and keeping your Ennoki order number with the paperwork.

5. Making a Claim

  • Email contact@ennoki.com with your order number, the model and serial number, and a clear description of the fault.
  • Attach photographs or a short video showing the problem. For engine or electrical faults, include a photo of the data plate.
  • We will confirm whether the item is in warranty and open the claim with the manufacturer, or direct you to their authorised service centre where they require direct contact.
  • Manufacturers usually decide whether to repair, replace the part, or replace the unit. That choice is theirs, not ours.
  • Typical claim resolution is 5–15 business days, longer where a part must be ordered or an inspection arranged.

6. Damaged on Arrival

Transit damage is not a warranty matter. It is handled far more quickly under our Refund & Returns Policy .

Report it within 48 hours of delivery. For freight shipments, note the damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves, as described in our Freight Shipping Policy .

7. Proof of Purchase

Keep your Ennoki order confirmation. Manufacturers require a dated proof of purchase from an authorised seller before honouring a claim.

If you have lost yours, we can re-send it. Email us with the name and address on the order.

8. Warranties Are Not Transferable

Manufacturer warranties are generally limited to the original purchaser at the original delivery address and end if the product is resold.

9. Limitations

Nothing on this page extends, replaces or adds to the manufacturer's written warranty.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ennoki disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from a product defect.

Some states do not allow such limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. See also our Terms of Service and Disclaimer .
